Sanitary Pressure and Vacuum Release Valves, Safety Valves.

We make quality air pressure/vacuum relief valves, variety of safety valves, spunding valves in stainless steel 304 or 316 material. The conenction can be welded, clamped, male. The fittings we used for every valves are heavy duty type with standard material, advanced processing, not rubbish and weak fittings, even the oil we used for valves is Mobil. sanitary stainless steel safety valve, also known as "pressure relief valve", is used to control over pressurization in a process piping system.

When the line pressure exceeds the limit set for the safety valve, the valve plug will lift and release the pressure through the side port. The valve will remain open until the line pressure decreases to a value lower than the set value.

Variable Pressure Relief Valve Tri Clamp 1.5 in. 2.2 bar

This is a variable pressure relief valve, sometimes referred to as a "Bunging" or "Spunding" valve, traditionally used for controlled carbonation of products over time. Its operating range is 0.2 - 2.2 bar (2.9 - 30.9 PSI) however it is not recommended for use beyond the pressure rating of the vessel. Provides calibrated relief of pressure for the carbonation of a variety of beverage products. Polycarbonate housing.
