Most pressure relief valve from China don't fixed vacuum function as the manufactures just know the valve is used for beer, but dont know where and how to use it, as the valve designer of newtekindustry, i am a brewery fan as well, i am in brewery field, there are adjustable and fixed type of new tek vacuum and pressure relief valve, i put a special cap with hexagon hole into the valve, so that the user can adjust a little even with fixed type.

Pressure relief valves, as the name suggests, relieve interior tank pressure when it rises above the 14.7 PSI (1 atmosphere). A pressure vacuum valve prevents the interior pressure from going below -1.5 PSI and thus potentially imploding the tank. Situations where this may occur is during a quick cool down, such as after a cleaning process, or when draining quickly. For protection of tanks against over-pressure or vacuum. Required for most tanks to be covered by Warranty
