We manufactured in accordance to BPE specifications. Material test report are standard and required for all materials used of fittings.The heat numbers being permanently etched for checking, high quality product manufactured specifically for the pharmaceutical and high purity markets.

Specification:

1. All fittings are fabricated in T316L Stainless Steel for superior corrosion resistance and low carbon precipitation of welds.

2. Finish:20 Ra ID and 32 Ra OD is standard. 100% bore-scoped and mechanically polished. Other surface finishes with or without electropolish are available.

3.BioPharm Clamp or Weld Fittings are offered in sizes 1/2inch - 8inch.
